A few useful tools I just made from wood

Many tools can be made at the shop!

Here, a selection of some I made recently, which I'm very fond of: they are not only beautiful, but really accurate instruments. I'm not showing them at use but you'll see them in action in future posts, no doubt!

A marking gauge with a japanese spear-point blade.

A dovetail marker, very convenient to lay out dovetails.

David Barron's dovetail alignment board has become an invaluable tool when transferring the tails to the pin board.

Winding sticks.

And finally the winding sticks, which I discussed in the previous post.
